Annual General Meeting: Under our Club Rules and Constitution the following applies:

The Darling Downs Sport Aircraft Association Inc. Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday 20th August 2022, at the Janet Bange Memorial Hangar, 549 Clifton-Leyburn Road, Clifton at 11.30 am.

Notices of Motions are called for this AGM and close with the secretary @11:30am on Saturday 30th July 2022.

Committee Nominations are called for this AGM, and close with the secretary @11:30am on Saturday 6th August 2022. A nomination form is attached with this Notice of Annual Meeting. It can also be obtained from the Club Acting Secretary, Carol Browne, Club CFI Trevor Bange, or at the clubhouse. Completed nomination forms may be handed directly to the Secretary or the Club CFI, Trevor Bange or they may be posted to Darling Downs Sport Aircraft Assn. Inc., 549 Clifton-Leyburn Rd, Clifton 4361, to allow collection by Friday, 5th August, 2022. They may also be emailed to the club secretary at: admin@loneeagleflyingschool.org.au to allow receipt by 11am on Saturday 6th August, 2022.
